I'm aware the number of hands isn't enough to get an accurate BB/100 but it is enough to show that I'm a winner. Thanks. That is a sincere thanks, not sarcasm.

If you're interested, statistically you can be about 74% sure that you're no worse than break even. That's assuming a SD of 15.

I said it before and I'll say it again--I wish you nothing but success.

Some of your recent posts seem to indicate that you've learned a lot in a very short time--congratulations and good luck.

Wow, how long have you been at 15/30? Where did you start at, and how long did it take to move up?

Uh, it's pretty messed up. I started out with NL SNG's till I was satisfied I was beating the $50's. Then I moved to limit SNG's because the competition was much much weaker than NL. I played $20 ones for a while, mainly because they were the highest that regularly started. Then, I messed around at .5/1 for a few thousand hands clearing bonuses. Next, I jumped up to 2/4 and played maybe 500 hands. At this point, I had a hugely inflated bankroll (10k) for the limit I was playing at because of casino whoring and the SNG's. I saw a really soft 15/30 game on bodogs so I decided to put in $1000 to see how I did. I did very well and that gave me the confidence to try out 15/30 on party. I ran well for maybe 4000 hands then had a rough swing down. I couldn't emotionally handle losing 2k in an hour. Scrub suggested I move down because I didn't know what I was doing, so I did. I completely reworked my game from the fundamentals up. I played 3/6 full for 3000 hands. Then 5/10 6-max for 3000 hands (this was by far the most helpful). I was then confident in my abilities, again, and moved back up to 15/30 where I am now.

This is the best timeline I can give. It's probably off by a month or two at points.

NL SNG's - 1 month
Limit SNG's - 1 month
.5/1 - 1 month
2/4 - 2-3 days
15/30 - 1-2 weeks
3/6 - 1-2 weeks
5/10 - 2-3 weeks
15/30 - about a month now I think

I've been playing limit for about 6 months, as you can see from my first post in the micro-limit forum, here (http://archiveserver.twoplustwo.com/showflat.php?Cat=&Board=micro&Number=1071273&Forum =All_Forums&Words=&Searchpage=0&Limit=500&Main=107 1273&Search=true&where=bodysub&Name=14533&daterang e=1&newerval=2&newertype=y&olderval=&oldertype=&bo dyprev=#Post1071273). Heh, it's kind of interesting to go back through my old posts and see how I've changed.

Anyhow, I wouldn't recommend anyone else move as quickly as I did for several reasons. The money means nothing to me and I had a huge bankroll. I'm also a little crazy. Ok, I'm fu[/i]cking insane. I'll admit it.
