Is the general proposed strategy for Party 200 NL and below to only play pairs, AK, AQ, AJ, AT in position, KQ, KJ in position, QJs in position, JTs in position and suited connectors in position. Cap it with AA and KK and raise and reraise with AK QQ and JJ. Raise but dont reraise with AQ TT and 99. Bet top pair on the flop or overcards on the flop and making the correct pot odds plus implied odds calls on draws and betting and raising on the flop if you are not sure about your hand so you can see where you stand and only calling down with TPTK or better. Only slowplay sets with no flush draw and top two pair when its unlikely anyone has bottom pair because of the cards on the board and the play preflop.
