Meh. Not super happy with this one. SB is a superLAG and his raising standards include any paint, any Ace, etc. He's 61/23 preflop over 400 hands, for pokertracker guys.
UTG is really loose-passive. He would call this flop with a lot of hands that he might be ready to fold on the turn.
