What hands to raise in SB and BB?

Apart from the obvious AA,AK, KK, QQ, what hands do you raise in the BB and SB?

Obviously no one is going to fold here and if there are alot of people you are less likely to win with just top pair (ala AQo hands)

I rarely raise in the SB unless there is 1/2 plyers in and I can get the BB to fold and hardly ever in the BB unless I have a great hand.

Think this may be a leak in my game by not getting money in the pot whilst I have an edge. Any suggestions?

Game-dependent, but generally what you said + JJ, TT, KQs, AJs, AQs. Sometimes ATs.
