The Gap is not important in small stakes:
Fiction: IMO the gap is really important in the bubble even if im playing on the 110c sngs, K8o looks much better if nobody has raised the pot undependant of the buy-in.( For new ppl, Im just as clueless as u are)

Someone who replies "Fact" has no business playing a SNG. True, the gap is much smaller in low-limit SNGs, but to say there is no gap is completely idiotic.

Its looking more and more as I misunderstood the context in which somebody said the gap didnt matter.

The gap widens as the the big blind to average stack ratio shrinks.

In low buy-in, the gap absolutely still matters to you, however, almost all of your opponents are oblivious to the concept as well as the importance of position (IMHO position and gap concept go hand in hand - For one, having position on the subsequent streets moves the gap in your favour). So you'll see low buy in fish limp UTG with A6o all the time and you'll also occaisionally see them call a bubble all-in with similar hands (particularly if they have a big stack). However, that's no reason for you to follow suit but it does mean you can often take advantage of weaker players. For example, how often have you been doubled up when your AQs bubble push was called by a big stack with A3o? Or when your 99 is called by 33?
