Fold preflop.

KQ sucks against a raise. I think this hand demonstrates why. It's often dominated and usually can't handle much heat.

All this calling with TPGK is not ideal.

If I misclicked and called the preflop raise, I'd definitely raise the flop to $11 or so.

Hmmmm I agree and normally dont call preflop raises with KQ but it was raised minimum so I somehow got suckered into calling. I see how raising the flop is a good play and is generally what I like to do to see where I am right there and possibly buy a free turn card to try to get to a cheap showdown as quickly and easily as possible. What about KQs in that situation. If I called with that which I think I would of not thinking back on the situation how would you of played it postflop if you decided to play it preflop at all. And also to what size raise would you fold KQs preflop if you wouldnt fold to a minimum raise.

I will call a minraise with KQo with position, if their minraise tells me they have a small pocket pair, or something like JTs.

If you do this, then certainly put all the pressure on your opponent on the flop.

You can't tell where you stand without raising. It's simple.

So do you think I was correct preflop in my call. Also when the last poster before this post said you must raise to see where youre at do you mean on the flop. And lets say I raise to 11 or so on the flop and he reraises me I think Im safe to assume that Im done with the hand but if he calls do I now check it behind him in fourth street. What if he bets on fourth street do I now also have to fold. And if I check on fourth street then what do I do on the river. I assume check but if he bets do I fold or not.

Fold preflop.

Raise the flop and play it from there.
