I really thought I had the best hand here alll the way to the river even though button was screaming at every street "I've got you beat" Should I have just check called? Button is unknown.

I'm capping the flop and leading the turn. If he's still raising, I'll call down from there.

His play suggests a big pocket pair. It is unlikey that he has AA or JJ but could have KK or QQ. Since he kept it up post flop maybe 99. I think he has KK or QQ and is not watching the board. I like your play.

What is with the stop-n-go on every street? Yuck.

Cap the flop. Lead the turn. If you get raised on the turn, it is time to think about calling down.

I don't *hate* calling the flop if you are heads up with the PFR, with the intention of check-raising the turn.

But, with MP2 along for the ride, you have to 3-bet the flop and lead the turn.
