My wife and I - and another couple are taking a trip to Vegas the week before Christmas this year and staying at the Mirage. Of course, we'll be playing a ton of poker there - but I was curious to find out from the locals - or others who travel to Vegas this time of year - how is the action? The Mirage rates are dirt cheap that week and I'm wondering if that's because there's no one in Vegas the week before Christmas. I would guess that it tails off a little bit but hopefully not too much. I hope that the cheap airfare and cheap rates at the Mirage that week will attract a few 'customers'. :-)
Anyway, never been this time of year and would be interested to hear from others who travel to Vegas in December.
