villian appears on the tight side 22/0 but only 20 hands or so. what is the right play when bet into on the turn?

what is the right line here?

I would fold. You're most likely losing to BB, who has now bet his hand twice, despite your preflop and flop raises. And once you've discounted your overcard outs some (and I think you should), you don't have the odds to chase.
