Main question: bet turn or not?
Overral hand?
BB is TP-P
MP3 is LA-P
about 35 hands for each of them

To answer your question: Yes, bet the turn.
BB is typically pumping a flush draw (maybe a straight draw) on the flop. Since MP3 didn't cap the flop, he is more likely to have a smaller pair (AJ or something) or was trying to get a free card and it backfired. While 9T is a possible draw here, I certainly wouldn't be afraid enough of it to not bet here when checked to.

Why wouldn't you bet the turn?
What do you think MP3 has?
(These are not rhetorical. I'd like to see your thoughts.)

35 hands isn't enough of a read for me. CAP the flop AND bet the turn.

Please please please please never fail to bet that turn every again. Letting that flush draw play for free is horrible and you probably got a gutshot suckout on the river (which you deserve after that check).

Did SB raise all-in PF? Or did you somehow manage to 3-bet yourself /images/graemlins/laugh.gif

everybody seems to be overlooking the gutter straight on the board. im skeptical of this river bet. heads up, yes. against 2 people i really dont like the bet, especially with the MP3 type who can have a wide range of holdings. am i missing $ in these situations when i play 2/4?

I would have re-raised the flop, bet the turn, but I might have checked the river. What does anyone think of that idea? Here's why--I tend to check the river if I think I'll only get called if I'm beat--and then I might get raised. Now, I would at least consider checking here on the river because of the straight potential on the board.
But--definitely I'd bet the turn.

It probably doesn't matter much if you bet the river or not. If you bet, you have to win 2 bets for every time you're C/Red and I can't believe the EV is much over just calling.
Not betting the turn is a much bigger error.

i put him at 2pair/set really. I don't think he can pump his flush draw hard due to his postflop passive.
