RAPTOR SNG CHALLENGE UPDATES!!!!

well, i completed my 500 sngs /images/graemlins/wink.gif. yea yea, its early and i have no life for being done with 500 this soon, but heres my resluts. my goals were 8% roi and 36.5% itm, for $4360 total. the first 280 sngs i broke even, which had me worried i wouldnt achieve my goals. however, i did a lot better over the last 220. my final results are:

500 100+9 SNGS played
12.7% ROI
37.8% ITM
$6,900 total profit.

Payout breakdown:
1st 10.4% 52
2nd 16.0% 80
3rd 11.4% 57
4th 14.4% 72
5th 15.6% 78
6th 14.6% 73
7th 7.8% 39

well, all in all my challenge was a success. i realized that i COULD in fact still make money playing sngs, even at the 109s 8 tabling. i may just have to keep pounding these out. i was very happy with my success, and i hope that everyone else is having good results as well. the challenge is almost over, about 26 hours left on it, so keep pounding out those sngs /images/graemlins/wink.gif good luck to everyone and i hope to hear from yall soon. holla

26 hours! I thought we had all day Saturday!
hehehe.. I might not finish by the end of Sat anyway... However, now that I am at about 300 I am back up to 17% ROI. My progress has looked like this:
100 tourneys - 35% ROI
200 tourneys - 14% ROI
250 tourneys - 12.5% ROI
300 tourneys - 17% ROI

Seems like I'm either killing them, or doing terrible. I guess part of that I can blame on my recklessness when 4-handed. I've made some particularly reckless moves on the bubble lately.

I think he has been lately. You wouldn't want to keep it up longterm, just keep it to 40 sngs a day and make 4k a week including rakeback. That's also tax free where I'm at.

Well, i've only got 112 SNg's in so far, and 250 is very doubtful. I was shooting i believe for 150, which is a lot for me, which I should be able to get, but so far;

Maybe Im gettin old....I tried 1600x1200 but could not read the chip amounts with ease. I usually sit back in my chair and watch TV while I play. I felt like I had to "concentrate" on the game with 4 on the screen. I may actually try two monitors for 4 tables.

i did that with a little older PC and got the same thing...but then set it up on a new Dell...with the same monitor...and its very clear...may be your machine

OK I have had a ridiculous last couple days, really busy, really drunk on st pattys day, blah blah blah excuse excuse excuse excuse... and I've only just finished 100 (I picked a bad week to try to do 250, but I still have two days)

I am really disapointed with both my itm and roi numbers but I know I can do better, and its only 100 so I'm not too worried as I only started 4 tabling these recently.

well, I'm done with my 250 $20s, 4-tabling. The results are unspectacular.

Profit: $560
ROI: 10.1%
ITM: 36.4%

1/2/3 distribution: 12%/12.4%/12% (30/31/30)

I had an 9 OOTM run to start things off, an 11 OOTM half-way through, an 8 OOTM soon thereafter, and a 7 OOTM to finish things off tonight.

I coulda done a lot better, but hey, at least I met my ROI goal.

Well, raptor, I gotta hand it to ya. Yer challange wasn't the sole impetus, but I played 186 SNG's this week, which is more than I've done in a week for a year. Hell, I played 44 today, most in a year too. Kinda funny, I seriously feel like I've been hit by a truck because I have been having horrenodusly bad luck the last 3 days, yet I am up 3800 since thurs night, lol. It was kinda nice that I actually got in more 200's than 100's too. Big tax bill and Dalibaby on way has a way of making ya work a little harder...

Anyways, here's my final stats.
