UTG had just joined the game, so I didn't have a good read on him.

Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (9 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with A/images/graemlins/heart.gif, A/images/graemlins/spade.gif.
UTG calls, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, MP1 calls, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, BB calls, UTG calls, MP1 calls.

Flop: (8.33 SB) 7/images/graemlins/heart.gif, 3/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 8/images/graemlins/club.gif <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">UTG bets</font>, MP1 calls, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, BB folds, <font color="#CC3333">UTG 3-bets</font>, MP1 calls, Hero calls.

Turn: (8.66 BB) T/images/graemlins/spade.gif <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">UTG bets</font>, MP1 calls, Hero calls.

River: (11.66 BB) 2/images/graemlins/spade.gif <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">UTG bets</font>, MP1 calls, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 14.66 BB

Based on UTG's 3-bet of the flop and leading the betting on the turn, I was guessing he hit a set. I decided to call the turn and river. Would any of you have folded on the turn here?

cap the flop and call down if he leads into you.

well why wouldn't he lead the turn if you just call the flop 3-bet?

i don't know how you put this guy on a set since when he's just joined the game.

you should have capped the flop here. if he leads the turn, then you can start calling him down. if he check/raises the turn, it's a different story and a better case could be made for folding. folding this on the turn after just calling the flop 3-bet would have been bad imo.

villain led the turn b/c hero just called the flop 3-bet with his overpair. if hero had capped the flop, and then villain led the turn... the calldown would be more reasonable.

No, I wouldn't fold the turn. To me you need to show this down even though it's likely your beat.

i'd have capped the flop approx. 100% of the time.
