selling step 4 and 5's?

was wondering if anyone is selling thier step 4 or step 5 entrys? ive got one of both and would really rather have some definite cash and would be willing to sell them at a fair discount (atleast 10-15% off the buy in). we would have to work out the money transfer and password issues, but i think it could work.. I've got a Step5 I'd love to sell, but I've never been able to figure out the details of how we could actually complete the transaction.

Has anyone figured out a way to do it efficiently and securely? I'm curious if there is actually a market for this type of exchange...
