Hold on to your doe. I've been saying in my previous posts that Cisco's price is too high. This week UBS Warburg finally downgraded, and now it's below 10 bucks. I'm sure they pulled all of their cash out of it before the anouncement. Let's see what the other 12 banks say that back this stock.
