Those are some of the loosest omaha/8 stats I've ever seen.

So did you finally stop hitting flops or what?

Hence the post. A day after my 86%-flop-seeing run of $220 on a 3-6 table, I played a 91%-flop-seeing game and lost about $140. Then I switched back to hold 'em. Actually, I'm not so bad at omaha, I just have no preflop patience playing 6 handed. I think I play well post-flop, so it can be profitable if the cosmos align.

Try the 6max omaha-high 1/2 fixed at party...

What are you trying to imply, sir?

Actually, he makes a good point about "finding your game". Maybe PL O8 is more your style, or Omaha High only.

This is a good game. Give it a chance. Maybe some tournaments.

By the way, I can't imagine you would see 91% of your flops over in a 3/6 Hold 'em game. Don't do it here.

Good luck,

Ironman Dave

I'll ignore the threatening tone of that response, but...

I know I should be seeing 91% of the flops. That was sort of the point of the thread. I'm not some kind of noob HE player. I play stud and have dabbled in O8 in a real way (ie actually playing hands preflop based on their equity etc), but sometimes I get in these zones where every hand I see seems to have so much potential. Hence the title of my post.

NOT see. That was supposed to say "not see 91% of the flops."

Advice you to try the game, unforunely the next step from 1/2 is 5/10... But seriusly, try it out!
