BB in this hand is uber loose, and very passive (60/4/.6) UTG is an unkown

Obviously the turn here is the question. Bet and fold the river unimproved if raised?

only if BB check-raises, I pay off unkowns.

IMO you equity is too great to apply the check with outs, cause you have the overpair &amp; straight + flush draws, so you don't mind a check-raise and may not always be beat if utg check-raises

Definitely bet the turn. I call a river bet vs. 1 player last to act if I don't improve, but I would not overcall.

right. check with outs is to applied when most likely behind in a hand, there is no reason to immediately assume you are behind here.
