GT+ Need help!

I have been using PT for a long time and recently decided to hook it up with GT+. However, I don't seem to get it to work. The stats are displayed on the poker table (great btw) but no icons are displayed. Any help greatly appreciated. I play on the party network.

Do you use the auto-rate in PT? The icons only mimic what the autorate assigns in PT.

Yes, I use the autorate. I see all the stats but not any icons at all. I will try the GT+ forum and see if there is any help there.
