I used it last summer, lost a ton of fat and gained a ton of muscle. I assume everyone in here has ample free time at their computer. Basically you enter everything you eat during the day and it tracks all your nutrition. You can add new foods if you eat something not in their database. You can also add exercise for each day.

Basically it will let you see where you're eating too much or if you can eat more for a certain day. A lot of times I'd eat so few calories that I could eat some ice cream or have a few beers and not feel bad about it.

I basically planned my meals and exercise a day in advance. The other cool thing is that it will tell you what other nutrition you're not getting enough of, like vitamins, or if you're getting too much sodium, stuff like that. I felt so healthy at the end of last summer, before I went back to school and started drinking a 12 pack every night.

Their forum is really entertaining too, it's a bunch of fat housewives. Great entertainment value.
