The Feds cuff Andrew Fastow but he is out on bond. The following is a quote from an AP article on the indictment.
'Fastow's lawyer, John Keker, said he plans to prove that Fastow did only what he was hired to do, that his work was approved by his superiors, including the board, and that "at no time did he do anything that he believed was a crime."'
Mr Fastow did not know that stealing, lying, and financial chicanery were crimes. I guess he should be let go and send back to business school. This farce would be amusing if it hadn't of ruined so many honest peoples savings.
