Lately my game has been suffering some borderline calls and plays, things that border on illegal/legal, and some mis-deals. As the host I have no idea how to handle these situations.

example... dealer burns two cards after the flop, and turns over 4th street. how does this work? what do you do in this situation? what is the correct thing to do?

example #2, villain CONSTANTLY talks about what he has in his hand. isn't that illegal? "I have the Ace, do you have it?" I'm pretty sure that is against the rules, to talk about specific cards in your hand.

i can go on and on and on..can someone link me to a good site where i can learn more about specific rules of hold em. any help would be much appreciated.

Caro & Cooke's Rules - from the MCU Library (http://www.poker1.com/mcu/mculib_rules.asp)

Harrah's WSOP Rules (http://www.harrahs.com/wsop/rules.html)
