In my experience, if a blind fires into a PF raiser at 5/10, they've got something. Read on the villain is incomplete over only 25 hands. He appears very loose and passive PF. In my recent runs, I've seen tricky players fire into a PF raiser on the flop but it's not my general experience at 5/10. I need help developing a line.

Raising the flop is an option. If you think he's likely to c/r a 3 or other hand that has you drawing really slim rather than lead (ie he probably has a 7) I like raising the flop for a free card against a loosepassive.

Since you didn't, I think you definitely need to fold the turn.

unless this guy has a history of trickiness, you gotta fold. The 3rd club coming down makes it a definite fold, even without the clubs its probably a fold.

Villain had all the markings a hit and run also. He only bought in for like $75. I just wanted to make sure that I wasn't being a wuss for laying this down. Next time it's probably going to be raise the flop, fold to a three bet and check/fold the turn if unimproved. Any disagreements?

That has not been my experience, and I would question whether it has really been yours.

Sure, sometimes they do. Sometimes they are fireing at you with all kinds of horsesh!t.

I don't care for a fold to a 3-bet with what will often be a hand drawing to 6 live outs.
