This is very similar to FSU's original post. The only real read we have to go on is "typical players in that game"...I think this is a very close call between raising all in, folding, and calling.

the key to this hand is how much you have invested in the pot. you only have 2 bucks invested so far, so you can fold. if you had 20 or 30 bucks already invested in the pot, then you would have to raise allin, because of the money that you've already invested in the pot. as long as you can remember the amount of money you've already invested in the pot, you'll know the right play at all times.

I don't know what you're talking about. we're talking about drowning kids though, and that's not funny, especially when it's your kids there in the middle.

There's no such thing as money invested, once the money is in the pot, its the pots money.

This is an interesting situation but remember when you have kings or aces you want this kind of action here. Online theres only one thing to do, move in and if someone has aces so be it, most of the time you are gonna get action from queens, jacks or AK. With no reads I say it would be wrong to fold. (so long as you have the bankroll to support the loss)

Supposing there wasn't such a thing as "money invested," as you so eloquently put it. Would there still be something called "sarcasm," or would that too be null-and-void?

oh please no.

well don't be stupid. it's not just how much YOU have invested in the pot it's how much everyone has invested. it's a proportion, how much you have invested versus the pot. i think that's what pot committed means. also i think if you have AA you only call if you have more than 10 invested if the pot is less than 100 or something like that because they are 1 to 9 to flop a set. someone correct my math though.

damn, that was way harsh, man.

also, i think the EV of sarcasm is proportionate to the ability of others to understand sarcastic responses.

i think we can all reduce it to...

"Doyle Brunson says the key to no limit is to put a man to a decision for all my chips. MP2's just done it. He's representing aces, the only hand that's better than my cowboys. I can't call, and allow him to catch. I can fold or..."
