<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero 3-bets</font>, Button folds.

Final Pot: 9.50 BB

Opponent is very loose and very very aggro and loves to bluff.

So, 3bet turn ?, call turn and bet river or call turn and check-raise river ?

Good raise. If he has 2 pair he is coming along for your raise. If he is on a raw bluff he drops to your 3-bet but might check behind anyways if you call and check river, not helping you whatsoever. If he has a medium diamond or even possibly small diamond I think he will call your 3-bet. I think a 3-bet is only -EV if he is on a complete bluff and would bluff at the river, or if he has say a pair of Js or pocket pair and was waiting to pop the turn... but again he might check behind on the river or fold to a stop-n-go bet. I think this was fine.

"Opponent is very loose and very very aggro and loves to bluff."

This seals it, call and check raise the river. If he has a hand he is willing to put more bets in with you will get your chance, if he doesn't then the only way to put more money in is with him bluffing.

huh?

if hero 3bets and bets the river he makes the same as calling and checkraising the river.

if villian is semibluffing he'll call a 3bet but if hero doesn't 3bet he will check behind on the river or bet but fold to a checkraise, costing you 1-2BB.

if it's a pure bluff then you're right, but combining the probabilities of a semibluff or a good hand like 2pair that he plans on showing down surely outweigh the probability of a pure bluff. and even if it is a pure bluff villian may check behind on the river so you will often not get that extra bet.

lastly, villian might be willing to cap the turn with a smaller flush or a set and hero can decide to CR the river or lead, and that's the best case scenario.

Every once in a while this will happen but 3-betting the turn is still easily the best play here as he will not fold a diamond or most one pair hands, which accounts for most of his holdings in this situation.

super easy 3 bet. if he has a diamond and misses, you lose a bet by calling. if he has a diamond and hits, you will still bet one extra bet by 3 betting the turn.
