How much time do you put in?????

Sorry, this is probably the wrong forum, but not really sure where this would go.

Im finding that the more i play sometimes the worse it gets....yeah maybe regression to the mean im sure, but I find on the days where I play for 5 or 6 hours stra I end up being a little ahead or behind where the days I play for 3 hours in the morning and 2 at night I do better

I try to play 3 hours a 2/4 a day. On friday and saturday I try to get a little more in.

Just do whatever is most profitable. As you get experience, you'll be able to play longer sessions without losing focus. There's nothing wrong with playing a 2- or 3-hour session, going out for a nice lunch or something, and picking it up later. Just because someone posted here asking how to handle a 30-hour session doesn't make you weaker for not doing that.

i try to put in 6 hours a day, at least. i dont have a problem concentrating, as i really dont pay attention to the table action as it is. i just rely on playerview and pokertracker to get the job done, so i can watch television and not really get too mentally stressed out with it all.
