nott0m ???

I suppose the one read I had was that this guy had won his chips after calling a preflop min-raise with QTo in EP and making the same min-raise on a T-high flop.

FOLD. Toss those ladies away as fast you can. I also would have check-folded that flop.

Bet 175 instead of 200 on the flop, maybe 150. I would have raised a little less PF too, like 75. On the flop you are almost certaintly up against KQ or KJ, probably KJ. He might lay down to an all on but I would never risk it. Fold.

Do you ever get dealt 93o?

That's too bad, Queens do look nice. Check/fold the flop.

Hey Apathy.

My first reaction was that I would raise more PF. I'm certain you are better at these games than I am though, so would you care to explain why raising less is better? Is it a function of the texture of the $55's? Meaning a bigger raise will only get called by better hands at that level?

Thanks in advance.

I think his flop bet is fine. A solid argument could be made for raising more, IMO.

Nottom, with three people in this pot, a probing bet here is a leak, IMO. Heads up, I think this play is more attractive.

It has about the same number of outs on that flop as you do.

personally i think that is weak. I would do a small bet into it.

IMO, i would raise more PF b/c once you get one caller for the 85 raise, the other limpers have good enough pot odds to call with a wide assortment of Ks and As. On the lower limits that I frequent, I like a raise of about 150, but maybe 125 on a $50.
Flop bet is fine i feel, maybe a tad high, but nothing to bicker about. definetly fold once you see the RR.

This looks like a leak. Do you see why?

I have to sort of agree here. If the K was an A, maybe I can just checkfold.

When someone calls a 100 bet on round 1 it tells me this about that player:
a) They are bad - this is the vast majority of cases
b) They have a pair and have/think they have the odds to flop a set.
c) They have AK and play it weakly preflop (this is often an extension of 1 but not always)

On this flop I am behind the 3 sets, but KK and TT are pretty unlikely given the preflop limps or AA which is also somewhat unlikely. I'm also behind the various Ks, AK (which is usually not going to be played this way) KQ (which is pretty unlikely since I have QQ), and KJ-. The range of hands I am behind to is pretty small in what is now a biggish pot. Checking QQ and folding to a bet that is about as likely to be something like AT or JJ as a hand that beats me seems very weak.
