I am not doing anything to draw attention to myself until the turn and if it comes back to me three bet again then I would still just call.

Call and make it look like you're praying that either your little flush is good or you're drawing to a little flush. Seems safe enough to say the A /images/graemlins/diamond.gif is out.

just call, no reason to cap, wait and do your raising on the turn

Tommy would fold.

easiest call in the world
(1) your hand is absolutely unbeatable
(2) don't want people to fold, AJ type hand will def call down unless facing 2 cold
(3) in this game calling 3 cold won't draw any attention
(4) big chance they'll cap it for you anyway

Yeah, SSHE says that folding is not a serious mistake.
I would just whistle, act natural, and raise.

would you do same from button?
KQs typically meets my narrow requirments for a coldcall, when pot looks to be shaping up multiway.

I agree that having caller after the raiser makes it closer since your win without showdown equity is reduced. But, IMHO, KQs is just too strong to play passively 6-handed.
