Requesting Hand histories on Full Tilt

How do you request hand histories on full tilt? The option is greyed out for me.

Full Tilt don't have hand histories implemented yet. They keep promising it, but still nothing, no concrete date or anything.

Last time I asked, JDN(Support) told me that they were working on it so it would work flawlessy with Pokertracker, before releasing it. Who knows whether that's true or not though, although hopefully it is.

You can TRY e-mailing support@fulltiltpoker.com but it's very rare you can get the histories.
