Casino San Pablo spreading 15-30 with time charge (m2d)?

I stopped playing at CSP after their 6-12 and 9-18 went to $4/hand and they stopped 'no flop, no drop.' However, I heard they started a 15-30 (I could never convince Danny that it was a good intermediate limit to spread) with a $12/hr time charge? True? Any other changes?

haven't seen it or heard of it. last two times I stopped in (past week) they didn't have it, and the players who would be most likely to play those limits were content in the 9-18.
wish it were true.
