I play only at night (10p central) on paradise .25/.5, and for like the past week, I have found it nearly impossible to find 3 tables (paradises maximum) that are 50% seeing flop. Anyone here playing paradise noticing this?

I play UB at this level and never see 50% on a single table...

it used to be that you picked from the tables that were in the upper 50s to 60s-seriously. I am sure it is just a temporary thing, if not, I may have to move to party before I am ready.

I played a few thousand hands on Paradise .25/.50 recently. I also played around 10pm central. I never saw any tables that stayed that loose, except on Fridays and Saturdays. Even Paradise .10/.20 could get tight (approaching 30%)

If you're willing to stay up, it loosens up again around 1:00am when a lot of overseas players get on.

I don't bother getting on the waiting list for the loosest, wildest table. It usually fills up with multi-tabling TAGs within 15 minutes of me getting on, so I try to pick right below that.

I am assuming you mean for bankroll reasons. Because by virtue of posting here, you are definitely ready for Party .5/1.00 play. /images/graemlins/grin.gif

Cleared the 50% granny bonus a few months ago and .25/.50 and .50/1 were all pretty loose. Just finished up the superbowl bonus this weekend at .50/1 and the tables have tightened up considerably from what I've seen. The good tables all break up very quickly as well and you have to be on the wait list constantly.

I haven't been on Paradise for a long time, but that sounds very tight for Paradise. Usually it was choosing between high-40% tables to the 50%'s.

I have also noticed this problem on Paradise .25/.50. I'm not comfortable with SH play yet so I leave when it gets to 6 handed or less. However, the table selection seems to be better at Paradise .50/1, and the tables stick together longer.

Im clearing the granny bonus right now and am suprised how tight the tables are. I have had chances to take advantage of loose players but they are not very often. There are also some very good players at this level that I see consistantly at the tables.

Its nice to get confirmation on this though because I was getting really worried about eventually moving up to higher limit games. I figured that if this was ultra loose play, then I had my work cut out for me at the higher limits.

saying that, i just finished a session (.25/.50) with one moron with 98% VPIP and 38% PFR and another with 89% VPIP both well over 100hands.

So there is still action to be found.
