Im thinking of buying this white hugo boss blaser and shirt with "sun" that comes along. (I tried to find a pic but couldent) It costs little under 400euros($500) but thats not the problem, im just thinking if ppl think its gayish. Especially in very conservative country where I live at..

Ah weird, since my dictionary says "blaser". I couldent copy the pic from hugo boss page tho. But anyway normal white blaZer and the shirt. Im just worried because other ppl here wear all shitty clothes and especially men dont really watch after what they look.

I cant think of anywhere I would wear a blazer particulary a white one, calling it fashion doesnt stop it making you look like a dick imho.
A white blazer and a night out (or anywhere out that involves drinking or eating anything) is a disaster waiting to happen.

Oh for heaven's sake. If you're going to buy something a little different that will make you stand out, you need to have the confidnece to pull it off. If you are this easily swayed by the responses here (and you had to figure they would make 87 gay jokes), maybe you don't have it.

Mistake #1) Viewing clothing as something to "make you stand out. If you actually have confidence, you don't feel the need to ealk around in assless leather pants, white blazers are anything else that screams, "LOOK AT ME!"
Mistake #2) Thinking that confidence allows you to pull off something that can't be pulled off. You think you're pulling it off. In actuality you just look like a dumbass.

Unfortunately, we judge people by the way they look when we first meet them. The clothes we wear, for better or worse, do a lot of talking for us whether we want them to or not. I think we would both agree that after you get to know someone well, clothes don't matter as much, but in the beginning, they do make a strong impression. If you want to stand out, do it, if you don't, dress more conservatively. I assume the original poster wants to stand out in some way, otherwise he wouldn't be willing to drop hundreds of dollars on a blazer and T shirt. Hell, you wouldn't shop at Hugo Boss at all if you didn't care about making an impression. Hence my orignal idea to ask a person of the opposite gender that you trust if it looks good or not.

I agree that confidence alone gets some people into trouble. I think most people who look like a "dumbass" have family and friends who are afraid to tell them how stupid they really look, so they go around believing it.
But most of all, I'm tired of the recent clothes = homosexual stuff. (I know a lot of it is joking around.)
