That table is nothing more than a typical octogon table with folding legs. THE LEGS FOLD, NOT THE TABLE. The corners are nothing more than vinyl that has been embroidered. If all your looking for is the corner embroidered pieces, my suggestion is to take your design to a local embroidery shop along with the vinyl you plan on using, and have them do it for ya. Your not gonna find a place that sells the corners like that.

Looks like the vinyl is printed with the suits. Might see if you could find a local embroidery shop that could handle vinyl as I think this would look better... though I guess it could get a lot of elbow abuse?? I don't know if those home embroiders can handle vinyl... I have a friend who started her own small business doing embroidery if I get the chance I'll ask her. Maybe an iron on would work on vinyl?? I'd try posting in scott keen's forum also.

I've seen that table online before here: http://www.pokercats.com/. They also sell on ebay.

You can customize the felt with custom designs (dye sublimation) & have them embroider a custom image into the corners.

Looks like they also sell poker table building supplies, though I don't know how the price/quality stacks up.
