Whenever I have a hand worth raising I make a pot size bet. It seems to thin the playing field a lot, but is that way too aggressive?

you'll often kill the action you could get by betting your hand for value. ie, some people will fold when you don't want them to because you're hand is strong.

In addition, always making pot size bets when you have a solid hand can be a tell if you are underbetting the pot when you bluff - although bluffing on $5 party sit and gos can be tough since everyone tends to call no matter what they have.
I like to go w 2/3 of a pot bet or so, unless i have a monster (ex: Ks Kh on a Jd 6d 10c board) where I want to get rid of the draws.
