I've pretty much adopted a line of just not doing it, especially after a preflop raise. However, I'm pretty sure that there have to be at least a few places it's profitable. Here are a couple of examples where I'm obviously not worried about being overtaken. Thoughts?

Hand 1: Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (8 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

Preflop: Hero is Button with A/images/graemlins/club.gif, A/images/graemlins/diamond.gif.
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, MP1 calls, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, MP1 calls.

Flop: (5.50 SB) K/images/graemlins/heart.gif, A/images/graemlins/spade.gif, A/images/graemlins/heart.gif <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
MP1 checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets...</font>

Hand 2: Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (9 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

Preflop: Hero is CO with 9/images/graemlins/spade.gif, K/images/graemlins/spade.gif.
<font color="#666666">5 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, BB calls.

Flop: (4.50 SB) K/images/graemlins/club.gif, K/images/graemlins/heart.gif, 9/images/graemlins/diamond.gif <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets...</font>

It's going to end up so marginally profitable to slowplay that you might as well just end the hand quickly and get on to the next one /images/graemlins/smile.gif

I'm a big advocate of never slowplaying, but I think that Hand 1 is a good candidate for it.

Hand 2 I bet.
