Preflop: Hero is UTG+2 with K/images/graemlins/heart.gif, Q/images/graemlins/heart.gif.
UTG calls, 1 fold, Hero calls, 1 fold, MP2 calls, 1 fold, CO calls, 1 fold, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop: (6 SB, t180) 8/images/graemlins/heart.gif, 9/images/graemlins/spade.gif, Q/images/graemlins/spade.gif (6 players)
SB checks, BB checks, UTG checks, Hero bets, MP2 calls, CO calls, SB folds, BB calls, UTG folds.

No brainer bet

Turn: (5 BB, t300) 2/images/graemlins/heart.gif (4 players)
BB bets, Hero raises, MP2 calls, CO folds, BB 3-bets, Hero calls, MP2 calls.

I raised here to push out other possible four-flushes, plus I still have top pair.

River: (14 BB, t840) 4/images/graemlins/club.gif (3 players)
BB bets, Hero calls, MP2 folds.

BB still betting at me, I had to see showdown here

Final Pot: 16 BB (t960)

It felt like I played it weird... should I have raised on river? What else could I have done to play it better?

I'm no limit expert, but it looks ok to me.

Seems fine. I think raising the river would've been bad. By calling, you'll often you'll pick up a bet when MP2 calls behind you. If you raise, you risk more chips while also forcing MP2 to fold many hands that he'd call 1 bet with.

I probably would've raised pre-flop, but calling with KQs isn't a crime.

your only mistake is not raising pflop and its not even close. You almost always have a better hand then utg, and You need to isolate him. the last thing you want is to let Axo and other drawing hands in this pot with position. The turn raise is standard because you have tpgk with flush outs. You need to charge him the max for his flush draw. After getting 3 bet on the turn you have to assume he has 10-J, so your call on the river was correct.
