I got an E-mail from Casino Kingdom today confirming that Neteller is my default payment method, and saying that I should receive my withdrawl in 2-5 working days. It looks like it's just a normal form E-mail though, and makes no reference to the "audit".

I did NOT request a refund of my deposit, I requested the full amount of my deposit + cleared bonus.

I think I requested a withdrawl on Wednesday. I received an E-mail on Friday, after the "audit" E-mails came out, asking which payment method I wanted. I responded the same day, and got another "audit" E-mail in response to that.

At the very least, this indicates that they have now updated my account with the information that I wanted to be paid via Neteller. So they still have people working under the assumption that payments will be made. Otherwise, why bother?

It sounds like your withdrawal request is following their normal cashout process. I think your in the clear.

i recieved the same emails (both casino kingdom and capt cook)
I withdrew around weds also. I never had my account suspended. Not sure why because i was only in it for 2 days wach, cleared and withdrew.

Hopefully it will be here soon.
