Poker Stars Turbo, 5 players left, Blinds 75/150

Seat 3: A (4460 in chips)
Seat 4: B (3105 in chips)
Seat 5: C (2280 in chips)
Seat 6: Hero (1165 in chips)
Seat 7: D (2490 in chips) is sitting out
D small blind 75
A posts big blind 150

Hero [As Kc]

B folds
C folds
Hero: raises 300 to 450
D folds
A calls 300

*** FLOP *** [8d Td Jc]

A bets 4010 and is all-in
Hero calls 715 and is all-in
*** TURN *** [8d Td Jc] [Jh]
*** RIVER *** [8d Td Jc Jh] [4s]
*** SHOW DOWN ***
A shows [7s Ts] (two pair, Jacks and Tens)
Hero: shows [As Kc] (a pair of Jacks)

Player A has been aggressive so far, constantly pumping in bets on the flop.

Should I have called after the flop?

Gutshot and two overcards?

Monty

P.S. Can i use the hand converter for poker stars, can't seem to get it to work

With less then 10BB's I would usually just go all in before the flop. The way you played it though there is not a single possible flop you should fold on, including this one.

In addition to the <10BB situation, with a hand like that, and with your stack, is there anything you'd even consider folding to on the flop? I don't think so here.
It also seems that with that stack size, plenty of people will call that all in with worse hands figuring you're desperate.

The call was fine. But just push all-in preflop in this situation.

Yes. You should have raised all-in preflop.

On another note, in that situation which hands would you push all in with?

would you ever call, if so with what?

Maybe i'm a bit on the loose side, but any pair >6, AK, AQ, AJ, AT, KQ, KJ... Sometimes even suited connectors like JTs, T9... mainly because it's 5 handed, u have <10x BB, and u are outchipped 2:1 or more vs everyone else... time to get aggressive
