Dee is clearly the smartest/best of the guys, but he has so much work to do on his camera presense.

To the other poster - yes, it's painful, but it's interesting to watch them get better. The other seasons, basically everyone came in with some experience and because of that nothing really changed from week to week. In this one though, they all sucked hard in the first few weeks, so its kind of cool seeing who puts in the work and effort to adjust and improve.
