Good old implied odds (low, but not quite zero content)

I had huge implied odds on the flop, and on the turn even my literal odds were more than enough to pull at a gutshot. I'm just wondering if the paired board makes my turn call foolhardy.

By the way, villain had AKs. Why he didn't raise PF I have no idea. The flop minbet mystifies me even more. All I know is he got greedy and paid the price.
