Believe it or not, I've done a pretty good job on "Stinkfist" before too.
BTW, I'm not thrilled with how it sounds either. I have excellent pitch, but it was absolutely impossible to hear yourself in that place. Also, you guys miss out on the chestal merkin I'm wearing.

Well, not way out, but definitely nowhere near my normal standards. That falsetto chit is hard to keep perfect in tune when you can't hear anything.

Don't be. I'm comfortable with my gayish falsetto. Gotten me almost 1/3rd the chicks I've had in my lifetime,(not a ton, but more than most from what I hear), and it got me my wife too.

also they did up the idol age to 28 this year, and you can be 29 in the competition you just need to be 28 during the tryouts. get somewhere in that and i'll root for you instead of hoping you drop dead for referencing this karaoke contest so much.

I won $2500, but got a free trip with it too worth~$1500.
You DID have to dig all the way back to nevember for that though. But yeah, it's something I bring up lots, alomost as much for kitsch value as accomplishment though.
Also, age upping doesn't help me, as I'm 34. Dunno if you can tell in video, but I look more like 24 or younger. I may try out anyways next AI just for the hell of it, and get a fake ID,(of all the reasons to get a fake, this is up there with Brian Johnson{"So I can vote."}.
