Did I:

1. make a mistake by not pushing PF
2. Make a huge mistake by check raising on the flop (thought the bets looked weak)
3. how would you have played this hand regardless of my lucky ass results?

Push pre-flop. Betting 50% or more of your stack pre-flop without pushing pretty much forces you to go allin on any flop, so go ahead and get it in there preflop so you don't give people a chance to miss the flop and bail.

my thought would be you are behind after the flop because it seems someone is always playing and betting an Ax. i would fold.
