Preflop: Hero is BB with K/images/graemlins/heart.gif, Q/images/graemlins/heart.gif. MP1 posts a blind of $3.

Ok, getting 7.33:1 and I have 3 outs for overs and 1.5 outs for BDFD.

4.5 outs total which means I need 9.4 odds for the turn card. I'm not getting that, but I tend to call anyway because my 5:1 on turn and river draw. Eeecchh I know that's a bad way to look at it.

My question: What is the odds I need to call on the flop/turn.

If this is HU how do I calculate? If 4 way?

From MP2's actions you can't be sure that any of your outs are clean. Yeah, that's a worst case scenario, but it should be considered. AA|KK|QQ|55|44|33|AK|AQ already have you beat. Not to mention other players with possible straight and flush draws.

I'm not saying "always fold here," but you need to consider all possibilities when thinking about implied odds.
