quick poker tracker question

Hi all, just downloaded the poker tracker software for omaha (beta version), program looks great, but I have a basic question. I did the thing where it rates all the players i've played against, and assigns them a symbol. My question is, for example, next to the elephant pic, it says
"loose-passive/aggressive" I don't understand this rating system, how is it the same player is both passive and aggressive. does the / indicate pre-flop and post flop? Your help is very much appreciated.

First is preflop
Second is preflop raise
Third is total aggression

So loose-passive/aggressive would mean they play a lot of hands, they rarely raise preflop and they are aggressive after the flop.
