I don't really understand the raise on the flop.

Either you are going to slowplay against the five people who saw the flop, which is the risky route, or you are going to make a decent sized bet to limit the opposition and make it a mistake for the draws that are on the board.

In this case, with a flush draw, a straight draw and so many players in the pot I think you would need to raise to at least 150 to do this.

The flop raise jumped out at me as a leak. What was your reason for raising? Increasing pot? Limiting field? IF you are going to play raise this hand, you have to make sure you are not giving pot odds to drawing hands.

If you make a pot+ sized bet and get called you can not rule out a made str8 and maybe want to slow down a little if your hand does not improve...but you have position and could even take a free card on turn. Then make a decision on river.

I hate your small flop raise, raise it to something real like 150. Don't raise so small on a coordinated board like 764. If an 8/5/3 comes off on the turn it sucks.
On the turn I would raise again. However the biggest error in my eyes was your small raise on the flop.
