Stupid question but I need to prove a point.

If the boad has 4 harts one is the A and two players have smaller harts, is it a chop or dose the player with the bigger hart win?

The highest heart would win the pot (just like a higher kicker).

It would only be a tie if you both played the board. For example if the board was K J 10 9 8 all hearts and you both had lower hearts then the board.
