This is new to me but seems to happen all the time now, and it never happened before. I take a cab somewhere and say the faire is like 5.70. I give them a 10 and ask for 3 dollars back. The cab driver says thank you and seems pretty happy. He then hands me 2 dollars back. The first 2 times this happened I just let it slide because the cabby seemed really happy. But the last few times I just get kind of annoyed and ask for the rest of my money.
