Let your son sit in his own urine until the hand is over. That's the lesson I learned today. In the middle of a hand, attention totally divided b/c trying to change my son's clothes and sheets...make a thoughtless push (as in, I basically didn't process any information) and I'm out early. What a friggin idiot.

I can understand why you wouldn't push. There's a good chance it will be a coinflip with you as a slight dog. But I tend to like to gamble in these things..

His big raise might mean a monster or AQ or AJ. Since you're already down to 700 I would be more adverse to risking a coin flip to double up. But I completely understand folding here.

At best your 45% I think, with the chance of being a huge dog to AA/KK, and some people play that hand early very fast on party poker. This early, easy lay down I think.
