How do I transfer player notes amongst different PP skins?

How do I get my player notes from PP to empire? I copied the "notes" file and put it in the empire folder, but this didn't work. Am I missing something? Any other files which need to be copied?

I got it to work for PP and Eurobet.

I failed when I just copied the note file.

But, I got it to work when I edit -> copy the contents of the source notes.txt file and pasted it into the other.

Also, try doing it when the program is/isn't open. Maybe that has an effect on it.

I haven't tried transferring a notes file, but that is probably correct. I think the client loads the file into memory when it is started, and doesn't write it back to disk until it is shut down, so if you copy the file while the program is running, it just gets overwritten when you shut down.

I have never had a problem COPYING the notes file from one skin into EACH of the other skins. Just be sure that ALL the skins are closed when you copy the files.
