probably a pretty stupid question

i dont know why but i created a second database for datamining purposes...

1. is this a good idea?
2. why is it good?
3. does it matter?

i think it's going pretty well but i'm concerned. because the info is stored in a second database, does that mean i won't be able to pull it up in the gametime window when i'm playing. or does PT collect all the player stats from all the databases in the gametime window? sorry, im new to this.

I'm new to this as well, I've had PT and Playerview for only about a week. But I know in Playerview, you can point it at any databse you keep. I'm not sure if PT can look at multiple databases at the same time, but my guess would be that it cannot. I would think that it would only use whichever database you had open for gametime purposes.

None of that may have helped or made any sense, but I tried.
