I was wondering the same thing, but just assumed that cut meant yes and uncut meant no.

Anyway, average is 5.4 to 6.1 depending on whose study you read. Plus, measuring correctly is key.

This poll is much more ridiculous then how much 2+2 lied on the height poll.

The average penis size is documented and around 5 inches. I refuse to believe that a group of guys who spend a ton of time on the internet for some reason have abnormally long schlongs. Either get out a ruler or stop being tards.

As to the cut or uncut question: yes I am a retard and noticed right after I posted the poll. I think most people get the idea though. The question should read Cut? Yes/No.

Yes. But it's offset by the large African population.

Africa: 851 million
Asia: 3.8 billion

But the minimum size is limited to 0 whereas the maximum is VERY long. So you throw in a few studs and they can pull the average up.
