There has been a lot of talk about this app in the books forum (pre-software). I think its the best shorthanded trainer you will find. I love it.

I've been considering learning shorthanded play myself. Will the cheap version do, or will it be of more benefit to purchase the more expensive one (IPoker Academy Pro)?

I honestly don't know. I earned it via bodogg (a rakeback bonus), perhaps you should do the same to save $$$???
